Once you reach out to me or submit your request form in VGen, you accept these terms and conditions.

GENERAL
• You are allowed to post/share/upload, etc., any of my artworks, but they must be properly credited. Always give credit and refrain from claiming my art as yours.
• Please provide color palettes (circle of colors w/ hexcodes) and picture references you'd like me to do.
• I have the right to refuse your request.REVISIONS
• I will be sending WIPs in case of any changes before the finished product, so please be aware of any sudden messages.
• You are only allowed 3 tweaks in the sketching phase. Once I start the lineart, the sketch can't be tweaked anymore.
• For rendering, you will only have 1 tweak.
• For flat colors, no tweaks/revisions.PAYMENTS
• If you're coming from VGen, all payments will be made through there only.
• Pay half the price for easy scheduling, unless you don't mind paying in full.
• Those who pay in full and/or have given a strict deadline will be prioritized first.Under any conditions w/ refunds:
• You can get a full refund if I haven't started the commission.
• No refunds once I've started the commission.
• No refunds after completion.
• For any unfortunate events after receiving the final artwork (e.g., a gift to your lover, but you've broken up soon after), no refunds.- Unless it happens during the commission, please let me know as soon as possible, and a partial refund can be arranged. You'll get the following based on progress:
75% - after receiving the first sketch.
50% - after sketch is approved.
30% - during the lineart stage.
25% - coloring and/or partial rendering- Please take note that you revoke your rights to the artwork as soon as the refunds have been arranged.PAYMENT METHODS

• I am a student, so please understand any potential delays. When requested for updates, I will provide them and explain any delays. Thank you!
• Usual timeframe is within 1-3 weeks to a month, depending on the commission and schedule.
• If you have concerns about deadlines, please let me know as soon as possible after you finish the request form with your desired deadline.
• Those who are under a strict deadline will be prioritized first.

• Feeding my art to any AI is strictly prohibited.

• Canon properties belong to their respective owners.
I am simply producing fan works for my clients. You have the responsibility to know whether the owners are ok with fanwork commissions and the like.

• $0.04 per word (e.g. 500 words = $20/₱1000; 1000 words = $40/₱2000)
• NSFW/Smut content is an additional $10/₱50. Please mention this in your request.
• I will try to get as close to the word count you want. I won't overcharge you if I go past 5 words, but I will if it extends to 6+ words, so please plan your words accordingly.REFUNDS
• A full refund if I haven't started the commission.
• No refunds once I start the commission.
